If at any point you are dissatisfied with the accommodation or need something done, please contact the property manager and nicely make your enquiry. Failing this, please feel free to contact us and we will get in touch with the managers to resolve the issue.

The student city accommodation option has the shared common areas of living room, kitchen and bathroom. If these rooms are messy or dirty it is not the fault of the accommodation – it is the flatmates! It is up to you and your fellow flatmates to keep these common areas clean. The apartment is not big, so any rubbish, dishes or junk is going to make the place look unclean. Also, flatmates that have recently left have a habit of leaving their unwanted items in the common areas – throw it away or keep it if it is useful. Feel free to contact the property manager if there is mould growth, or anything broken.

This all depends on the availability, but if you are arriving on the same day, this is much more likely to happen. Please understand that these are three bedrooms apartments with a maximum of 1 person per room.

Do not be worried if you are coming by yourself! In some cases, you will be accommodation with other interns and otherwise you will be together with other internationals. If you are not happy with your flatmates you can request to swap your room depending on availability.

Auckland is split into two parts by a bridge known as the “Habour Bridge”. On one side, we have the central city and on the other side is Auckland’s “North Shore”. Wifi is not included in the rent (around $40 per month).

The options above are those that we recommend. If you choose to find alternate accommodation our level of service will be limited.

In general, yes – but you will have to look at the specifics of the contract you’re signing. It is often possible to adjust your move-in and move-out dates prior to signing the contract, on arrival. Remember, it is always easier to extend a contract than prematurely terminate one.
