As a co-founder, Ronald is responsible for the vision and direction of the company . His main focus is new ideas and business opportunities. Prior to founding New Zealand Internships he managed several restaurants in Europe. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer and tennis.
MarcelGlobal Account Director
Marcel is responsible for liaising with business contacts, as well as the strategic planning , marketing and sales. He attends many industry events in a speaking and observing capacity. He uses his multi-lingual skills to handle part of our overseas operations.
Marsha works as part of our Placement team, building close relationships with our host companies to understand their requirements and match them to the needs of our candidates. Marsha attends networking events and visits potential host organisations to present our programs.
Laura is one of our in-house managers. As managing is her passion, she likes to guide the team with planning and presenting fresh ideas for our companies development. Around here, we often describe Laura as “Ronald’s right hand”.
Nicholas is a born and raised “Kiwi”. He is responsible for a screening applicants and overseeing all details related to an interns pre-departure and in-country affairs. He likes to meet our interns and hear their stories about their great time in New Zealand and is often present on our tours and activities.
Sandrine is in charge of executing day-to-day digital operations. She focuses on the digital growth of the French market and assists with online booking of trips. She also helps streamline and improve processes, looking for ways to automate tasks, so that the team can get more done.
Gaby is a HR graduate intern. She did her internship before in Australia for five months and really enjoyed her internship, the beautiful beaches and nature abroad and decided to go to New Zealand for her graduate internship. At Internships New Zealand she is assisting the placement team. The focus will be on the Australian interns and placements in Australia.
She can help Australian interns with advice from her own experience as Intern in Australia. Furthermore, she will do her Thesis for Stagereizen.
Agathe is our Frenchie in the office and responsible for our French social medias and French speaking candidates. She assist them from the very beginning until the end of their placements.
Bente is the first point of contact for the Dutch students who want to come to Australia or New Zealand to do their internship. Besides that, she does the social media and PR.
Anneke is the contact person for interns in continental Europe. You can find her at exhibitions and information days. She will be able to tell you about an internship down under and is always ready to answer your questions.
Jannik maintains many of the administrative matters for our New Zealand Internships customers. He also ensures that everyone gets an appropriate internship and leaves well-prepared for New Zealand. In addition, he enjoys organising social events for our interns in Auckland.
NinaRosaResearch / PR / Copywriting
Nina Rosa has come from a six-month Internship in Australia and was so in love with the laidback culture that she decided to return but this time to New Zealand. She has written her thesis on media and PR. Finally, she is the copywriter/designer for much of our international content.
