Overview the current business system implementation and develop strategies how to implement it more effectively. The tasks allocated require the intern to research a topic, learn about the tools required and produce and implement a solution that fits the needs of our business. It will require good interpersonal skills.
We use a system called BOSS which is a proprietary, net-based CRM tool. Getting the buy-in of the users to use it effectively is challenging. In addition, we have a thin client technology with VOIP and net based email.
The scope of the work would range from day to detail work on the effective use of technology and systems in the office to the strategic recommendation for what choices we make. We believe that this project would prove to be both challenging and satisfying.
