Marine was an intern from France. She did her internship in the field Business at an education provider in Auckland. Her role as a Marketing assistant included a task to provide a marketing report of the current French market and looking at how the company could attract more French people to New Zealand. Other tasks included welcoming new students during their orientation events.

She loved her time at the office during her stay. The staff were all different nationalities, but that didn’t matter as everyone was very friendly,helpful and made her feel like part of the team.

During her spare time in New Zealand she liked to go out with her friends she met through New Zealand Internships. She would regularly attend the weekend trips and tried to see and make the most of the beautiful country.

When she arrived, she was nervous because her English wasn’t very good and she was feeling a little homesick but she found it only took a few days to make herself feel at home.
