HR Accreditation Intern

  • Reports to General Manager of Smart Leader Diagnostics
  • Responsible for project managing the My Team Pulse accreditation programme for HR consultants (SME channel), OD professionals (Enterprise Channel) and Leadership Coaches
  • Involves:
    • actioning registrations, invoicing through Xero, and sending out pre-course instructions
    • operating and updating Thinkific platform
    • operating pulse with each participant’s nominated team
    • and planning and co-ordinating inputs from faculty / presenters / coaches
    • operating webinars
    • arranging pulse debriefs
    • liaising with the Product Managers re marketing
    • operating the accreditation practitioners’ community – webinars involving shared learning and updates
  • Ideal candidates will be recent graduates from HR, marketing, management or psychology, whom are outgoing, motivated, punctual, well planned and willing to take responsibility for a great accreditation experience

Position is based in Auckland CBD

Duration 3-6 months
