Our client is a well known nationwide charity. A tight knit and down to earth team are seeking a quick learner and team player to join them to support in working through a backlog of work within their Fundraising and Donor Relationship team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service over the phone and via email to donors and recipients of the charity
  • Attention to detail with regards to data entry and database management
  • Ability to think on your feet, problem solve and build relationships over the phone
  • Multi-task a number of “open queries” at any one point in time
  • Team player with the fundraising team
  • Providing administration support to the team as appropriate

About You

  • Evidence of experience working within an office environment and in an administration capacity
  • Ability to confidently speak over the phone with donors
  • Strong written English for email communications
  • Technology savvy and comfortable picking up new systems / excel spreadsheets etc.

Due to the level of administrative tasks involved, it will be a paid position
