We now would like to give an intern the opportunity to gain work experience at the Customer Service and Sales department of our company.
This internship is a Customer Service role and very busy over the summer season. The intern will assist the company in their daily activities; his or her languages will be of great use due to many Dutch and German customers. This position is a bit like a hotel receptionist, except that we are handing over and explaining the use of campervans. Contact with customers, sales, and promotion are key responsibilities.
During this placement, you will also draw a competitor analysis:
- What players are there on the market?
- What kind of service do they offer?
- How can we improve our current service in order to stay two steps ahead of the competition?
