Content creators / marketing exploration candidates

We are exploring more avenues within our customer facing marketing efforts.  The main focus is around the creation of ‘real-world’ content and showcasing ‘behind the scenes’ of our operations.

This includes Customer Retention, Jobs that are being done and team showcase.

The main focus is around the creation of entertaining content and ‘story telling’ through an engaging means.

There are other tasks as part of this project, such as researching as well as testing various new platforms, unique and creative ways of re-engaging with customers and many other audience engagement content.

We are looking for a candidate to work with us around the areas of video shooting (not major production, creativity is key), story-telling behind the scenes, and researching various ways to engage with customers on a creative level. They will be exposed to an industry-leading business, fueling our already-successful fast growth and bring a unique creativity to the project.

We will be running some ads with their content so they will also be exposed to a front-running team, how we run ads and how we Analize advertisements that are using their content.

They will predominantly be working with the director as most of our teams are either out in the Field or working remotely however, we are a very close-knit, remote team working together.

Timeline:
We are wanting to push this project ahead, this is the last piece to push play on the project.  There will be quite some work to be done and we are hoping to kick it off sooner rather than later.

In saying that, we are looking for a person that will bring strong creativity and ‘out-of-the-box’ approach so waiting for the right person is essential.
