To secure your booking we request an application fee. This fee includes Admin, PayPal, Bank, Room holding and Bookings fees. This application fee will also provide you with assistance from NZI during your stay.
If there is no availability anymore you will receive a full refund of 275 NZD. We will assist you in finding an alternative accommodation if this is the case.
Yes, we will make sure your payment is secure and use a recognised company PayPal for this.
